How we work
A contract review that only lists risks is not much use. We tell you which clauses actually matter for the deal in front of you, which are worth negotiating and which are worth accepting to close, so you can make a commercial decision rather than a legal one.
Before you sign
The cheapest moment to fix a commercial agreement is before it is signed, and the most expensive is after performance has begun. If a counterparty has sent you their standard form and asked you to sign it as-is, that is the point to call us, not after the relationship has soured.
